18' Classic

The new 18.5’ Classic Shallow Sport – The Texas legend is reborn. The 18.5’ Classic is a throw back to our original legendary 18.5’ Scooter in production between 1982 and 1991. We have brought this boat into the 21st century with an all composite hull and deck (making the boat much lighter and stronger) and upgraded with the new double tunnel which is wider and more efficient. The boat also features turning strakes on the chines that keep the boat from sliding in the tight turns of the back country. The new flush deck 18.5’ Classic is similar in cost to the 18’ Sprint and will have generally the same specs and will handle the same horsepower, between 90 and 115. This is the perfect boat for those who want a smooth, dry and super skinny running rig, yet don’t need the extra room that the 20’ flush deck provides. Fuel capacity: 43 gal. Coast Guard approved maximum capacities: 5 persons or 1000 lbs. or 1500 lbs. persons, motor, gear. Rec. outboard horse power: 115. Maximum outboard horse power: 150.
